Backbone是薇琪的國中同學依薇(她的英文名字剛好也是Vicky) 加入的兩輪自行車隊，他們的隊員組團報名了0321的至善扶輪盃北海岸自行車大賽；上個月，依薇邀薇琪幫車隊參賽的組員拍照留念，便促成了此次有趣好玩的paparazzi party。

啟程: 北海岸的翡翠灣福華渡假飯店 - 金山 - 十八王公廟 - 石門 - 白沙灣折返 - 終點站: 大坪國小
a total of 60 km, the most struggling and tearing part of this route was set at the end (how evil those competition planners were), the two upward hills to the final destination. AMAZING ~

睡飽飽的週日早上醒來，從客廳望出去的溫暖陽光，讓我決定午後出門騎車去....

原本單純以為只是要從冷水坑騎下去金山吃鴨肉而已，沒想到看到高手最後敲定的情人節鴨肉套餐，才發現想享受美食沒這麼容易。這趟一日遊的鐵馬旅程預計從在平地的故宮開始，一路得爬坡上去平等里再到冷水坑，然後接陽金公路下金山到金包里老街吃鴨肉大餐；飽餐完得繼續延著北海岸淡金公路回到淡水，經過淺水灣時會喝個下午茶，最後在淡水捷運站解散。

某天我在網站上看到，「羅馬公路」是北部經典的單車路線....
 

Before giving it a try, honestly, I did not have much courage of mountain cycling. I was afraid that I would instantly give up when I see no end of the road but the sky. Without thinking too much, I made an appointment with him to bike the Road of Roma end of the CNY holiday. All it began with a dramatic story... a flat tire!
